The International Motor Show was first started at the First Belgrade Fair in 1937, where the automotive industry had a significant position. In March 1938, it was organized as an independent event, making the Belgrade International Motor Show the oldest and most prestigious regional event in the automotive industry. It is one of the most respected and regular biennial automobile exhibitions in the calendar of OICA (Organisation Internationale des Constructeurs d'Automobiles), the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers.

By all criteria – the appearance, atmosphere, attractive events and premieres, the number of exhibitors and visitors, the car show is indeed a true spectacle. The brilliance and glamour of this event attract automobile funs and future buyers as well as those who simply follow developments and innovations in the automotive industry.
The business segment, being the most significant, gathers importers and distributors of all global automotive brands, manufacturers of car parts and equipment, representatives of supporting industries, professional organizations, associations, clubs…

The goal of the Belgrade Fair is to present, in collaboration with its strategic partners - the Association of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers of Serbia (UPDVS), the Serbian Association of Vehicle and Parts Importers and DDOR Novi Sad, the general sponsor of this event - the latest achievements of the entire automotive industry and the most diverse range of performance, design, and technical and technological, innovative solutions in all sectors of this industry.

The supporting automotive industry, garage-service equipment and spare parts are one of the most visited and important parts of this exhibition. In addition to standard and universal equipment for environment-friendly vehicles, the new era has brought a significant selection of chargers for electric vehicles and solar modules for use in the automotive industry and other relevant infrastructure.
